How can i remove Emply column area 1 AND Empty page footer area

During editing the first page i see these things but dont see button delete for them.
The question is clear :)

These are areas on the page, the only way to delete them is to go into the theme files and remove the code that creates them. If you don't put any blocks in those areas they won't have any effect outside of Edit Mode.
And deleting them will only work if you never update the theme. Updates will overwrite any changes you make.
