How do I change a theme sitewide...etc?

Hello,
3 issues/questions:
I'm trying to change a theme for my site, however I'm only seeing the change on only one of my pages of my website. The other pages have the old theme. How can I change the theme to be affected site-wide?
On a related note, the navigation I've moved on my home page under the picture banner (I'm using the default Concrete5 theme), is still not moved under the banner on all my other pages. Why is that?
One more question, I'm finding my site is painfully slow. Is it because of my webhost (GoDaddy.com)?

It looks like youve figured out the first two, but if not hen go to dashboard/ themes select it and then activate. It didn't seem to slow, bur if you want it faster try thishttp://andrewembler.com/concrete5/5-easy-ways-to-speed-up-a-concret... it did seem a bit slow for the content though
