How do i list my content's headings on the sidebar

I've a page with multiple headings - Heading1, Heading2, Heading3.

Is there a way to list this headings and put it on the sidebar ?

Do you mean you want to list the headings that are in the same page that the sidebar is in? I don't know of a way to do this -- I think you'll have to add the headings to the sidebar as separate content blocks.
