How do I reassign my file directory to my new webhost for images

I recently moved over to WebHostingHub and my Arvixe trial expired. How do I reassign my file directory to my new webhost for images to come up properly?
If you have copied the database from one host to another, you will also need to copy the files directory to your new host, so the database can see the files where it expects them to be.
download the entire /files folder via ftp, then upload it to the new site in the appropriate place. You say your trial expired?! Does this mean you no longer have access to your old site to do so?
