How do you exit "Move Mode" for Blocks when editing in 5.5.2?

I click a block then choose move. I move my block but I am stuck in Move Mode. If I refresh the page my block goes back to it's original position. What's up?

Refresh is not the right approach. You just need to Exit Edit Mode & publish your edits. That's it. I think it will help.

This seems broken. In 5.4 and below you could exit Move Mode and I thought it was a smoother process in 5.5.2

You don't - not in 5.5.2.1 it should take itself out of move mode once you've dropped the block. I guess that's an issue if you decide not to move the block, but I usually just move the block out of its area and drop it back in.
