How to add a page without it being visible in navigation bar

I have a lot pages to add and I don't want them all to be in navigation menu(nor in sub-menu). Is there a way to do that?
That page should be reachable via links which will I add and should not be visible in nav bar.

1. Login
2. Hover over "Dashboard".
3. Click on "Full Sitemap".
4. Click on page you want to exclude from nav bar.
5. Click "Properties" >> "Custom Attributes".
6. Scroll down and locate "Exclude From Nav".
7. Click it and check "yes" and Save.
