How to add content to a page, and have the article title automatically post to the parent page

I'm not a web developer, so I may not use the correct language here...I post articles to my site under topic categories. Currently, when I add a new article, the title of that article auto-populates into the main category page, showing a list of all the articles under that topic, with hyperlinks.

I need to add a new topic category, then add numerous articles available on that page, hyperlinked to the content page. (Is this making sense so far?)

I rarely add new categories and have forgotten how to add a new category (like a master page), which auto-populate with the titles of the new articles that i post as pages under that category.

Grateful for any input! The site ishttp://www.ewfinternational.com, however the pages I am referring to are not visible to the public without providing an email address. You would have to go to this page: http://www.ewfinternational.com/resources/...

If I am understanding you correctly, you want to make new page the same as the one you have already?

You should read up on the 'Page List' block. Basically, it creates a list of other pages by title and summary. When you add a new page within the area listed by a page list, its details automatically appear in the page list.

There are lots of variations of page list blocks: for different list formats, different ways of filtering pages, different ways of showing information from listed pages.
