How to change order of menu items as user

Hi,

I have created a new user in concrete5 and gave this user editor rights.

The user can log in and change content but as the user has no dashboard he's not able to change the order of the menu items.

Is there another way to let normal users (not admins) change the order of the menu?

in the sitemap hit show system pages click on the pages such as sitemap click permissions put the check next to the box to view

Thanks for your reply, I changed permissions and my user has not view and edit rights on the sitemap.

But when the user logs in there is no icon for sitemap, it looks like before. How can the user access the sitemap or do they have to enter the url to it manually?
