Well, with a CMS there aren't actually 'pages', everything is in the database.
However, if you wanted to copy the static output, you could 'view source' from your browser, highlight everything, copy that and paste it into an empty text file (Notepad if on Windows), then Save As page.html. That will give you a static version but won't include graphics or external css files.
