How to do advanced searches with Recipe Cards

Hi, I just bought the recipe box bundle and wanted to find out how I should be creating each recipe on the site eg. all beef on the one beef page?? or individual pages per recipe?? so that I can put a type on each recipe eg. KIDS, BEEF, SNACK or something so people can search various combinations and find specific recipes eg. all KIDS food or all KIDS, BEEF food etc.?
