How to edit Registration Page

How can you edit the information on the Registration page? I'm new to this and realize that this is a silly question but would appreciate any support.

The registration page is a single page. The controller is placed under concrete/controllers/register.php and the the view is placed under concrete/single_pages/register.php

Copy these files to controllers/ and single_pages/ and edit them.
