How to edit the "Form" block

Here is a view of what I have:http://thebrazilianlanguage.com/concrete5/,... but what I want is obviously for the "Label" i.e. the text to appear above the imput areas (i.e. boxes) because the sidebar there is less in terms of size than the form block element. Ultimately, I would like to get the form block to fit in the sidebar.
