how to have a member listed under another member automatically for permissions

i'm creating a page that a child submits a form or blog and then the parent has to approve it before it posts. is their a way for a logged in user "non admin" to invite a child, then the child accepts, and the parent will automatically be asigned as the approver of any forms that the child submits?
