how to include time and date picker in form?

I have built this formwww.www.fmhlimousines.com.au/booking...

I want to add date and time picker in this form. Can anyone guide me how to do this and which file should i be editing and if possible then which line number. Thanks.

It looks like you used the built-in form block to make that form. If that's the case, it is going to be extremely difficult to add in new kinds of fields (requires a decent amount of programming knowledge and even then will take a lot of time). If this is an important feature to you, it might be worth it to spend a little money on the Extended Form block, which looks like it has this feature:
