How to install the template exactly as it is?

I bought a premium template (office space) and I'm new to concrete5. I was hoping to edit the template as it looked - with 6 or so menu items and 3 columns down the center, but what I now have is a small piece of what the template looked like. Is there a way to get the template installed exactly as it looked and then back into it?

i'm still unable to get the file to look exactly as it is in the demo. i'd like to edit the fields as-is. any ideas?
