How to TURN OFF "PENDING APPROVAL" ?!?!?! Somehow, my admin user was removed from the Administration Group. I finally figured that out and added it back into the Administration Group, so I thought I was all set.

But, it seems not. If I edit a page TWICE, I get an error message about "duplicate key" in the database and the page gives me a little notice that says "This Page Is Pending Approval"...

I need to turn this crap OFF! It is making all of my pages a mess I don't know how to fix.
