How-to(s) for CSS styling

Hi everyone,
It's taken me almost 4 months to get my site built up (5.7) to the point where it works the way I want it to through a lot of trial and error, frustration, and the odd "eureka". The 5.7 editor's guide is a great resource, and the forums have also been a good place to find information. There is still a major blind-spot for me though and that is CSS styling. My site could use some standardardization when it comes to fonts, and some tweaking of things like button sizes, and layouts which I know can be done with CSS... problem is I have no idea where to put all those snippets of code that members so generously share with noobs like me in the forums. The answer is probably in front of my nose and I am trying to see over the horizon...
Is there a how-to on CSS styling for 5.7? I am a quick study but need a road map (step by step take this file and copy to that directory, change this code to that)...
Any nudges in the right direction are welcome and appreciated.
Marc

Hi MarcYBB,

What theme are you using?

If your theme uses style customizations, you can add CSS through the Custom CSS section.
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/using-concrete5-7/in-page-ed...

If your theme does not use style customizations, CSS is added through the theme CSS files.
