How to add a link to an image

Hey there everyone... I can see the spot for adding in 'Image links to URL' (in the image block), but how do I figure out what the url should be? It's another page on my site. And will the url change if I convert to 'pretty urls' later on?

... just open up a content block and 'add image'. Then select the image and choose 'insert/edit link' or 'insert link to page'. This seems an easier way to do it than using the image block with the link to url function.
