HTML and Image properties Pop ups not showing

Hi, recently added MAXCDN which my developer installed and works great. However for some reason when in edit mode i clock on html or click an image and then click the image properties icon to change tags its just a blank grey pop up box.

it means I can't edit the image properties or edit the html

Any ideas why this is happening?
