Not sure if this is the biggest bug/feature request. But I agree it is a bit annoying...

I'd have to agree. I know this is an old post but I am running 5.6.1.2 and it still reversed. I send clients in there to edit there own pages and while they don't often work in the html editor, I have had complaints that they would accidentally hit the button on the right (typically update) and they cancel out of their work.

I finally got fed up and found and altered the css in the core... i know... bad chrouglas... dont mess with the core.
