HTML Editor - Save button stopped working when I was editing.

Hi guys,
I was working on designing a form inside a Designer Content block and when I had finished putting in some HTML elements I clicked "Update" which worked fine, but when I tried clicking "Save" it done nothing. The button does not react to the click at all.
I have tried removing the last piece of HTML I put in prior to the problem, removing the whole block of HTML and removing ALL of the HTML. I've tried different browsers (whilst the problematic HTML still exists), tried rebooting my laptop and checked the console for any errors / log messages. Nothing has worked. The only solution that I've found is to delete the block and start again. This works for a while but after a bit of editing the problem kicks in again
