html problem

I am trying to upload a Go Daddy ad banner on my web page and for some reason a get an unspecified error.
The html code that i'm trying to input is:

How are you attempting to put this on your page? Are you using the HTML block?
Yes, i am using html block under "ADD BLOCK"
