HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Header Response --- Page Loading Delay

Hi There! Hoping someone can help me with correcting a Response Headers: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found upon home page loading causing a 3-sec delay.
Request Headers: GET /packages/fundamental/themes/fundamental/css/false HTTP/1.1
Waterfall chart attached with 404 error.
I do not know why the request is being made and why it is generating a page not found 404.
Does anyone know of a solution? The site is:http://www.alphahd.com/
