I am not able to login or retrieve a new password, i can not access my site. When i enter my email to reset my password, i have still yet to receive an email, this has been almost 2 hours now?

I'm not sure how your site is set-up, but you may be able to access your e-mail through your hosting provider. I got locked out of mine a different way, but I accessed my concrete5 dashboard using my e-mail address under webmail through the dashboard of my hosting provider. I hope that helps! It's exasperating to get locked out of your own account. I posted my issue and the way I got into my website on my last forum topic.
