Greetings!

Sorry. I'm new at this. And I've done a real good job building my website, so far.

I bought a hosting and site building plan from Verio, who can no longer provide professional support for Concrete 5. Not even an explanation was given. No matter. Here is an issue that I sure could use help with:

I was doing fine executing edits, etc. I installed some HTML buttons, widgets and 3rd party support links from DJ Intelligence. All was working perfectly. But, I wanted to create a new page type. So, I did. I created one sub page with the new Page Type and it appeared not to work. I then deleted the sub page that I created for the new Page Type. All of a sudden, the HTML print buttons appeared with my logo in the Site Wide header Stack. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the buttons. After much time, I realized the issue had to be with creating a new Page Type. I tried deleting the new Page Type and the system wouldn't let me, due to existing versions still using the new Page Type. So, I went into the site view, regressed backward, chosing a previous page version. Then I approved the old version and deleted the sub page that was supposed to use the new Page Type. I then went back to delete the new Page Type that I had created and nothing happened, as if the system froze. Not only was I unable to delete the new Page Type, but it is clear that I now cannot delete any blocks that I create. I can edit the text in them. But, I cannot delete the Block. Please help! Thanks so much!
