I can no longer find my Nav bar to edit or replace it

It has been a while since I have maintained the site and I'm not very knowledgeable about site building but have managed so far to get a nice looking site due to the ease of using c5. However now I need to add and delete some pages and edit or replace my navigation bar and I can no longer find it. A good while back I changed the them of the site to Simply Clean and am pleased with the appearance. I am wondering if that is when the Navigation bar "disappeared from edit mode". The bar is still on my site and fully functional. I just can't find it to edit! I have looked in stacks and scrapbook with no luck. Any suggestions and please remember I am not well versed in css etc. Thanks much. Site ishttp://www.trimedco.com

Got it. You should remove that from here though, as it's public and everyone will have it now if they want it ;)
It looks to me as though the navigation is hard coded in the header.php file (or it's equivalent) in your theme. You would need to edit it there, or comment out the code if you want to use another navigation block through the editing interface.

If the nav bar is coded for Concrete5, it will automatically update when you add or remove pages without being edited separately. To change the name of an existing page, do it from the "Properties" area found under the edit button of each page or from clicking on the page as listed in your dashboards sitemap.
