I can restore in Linux but not in MAC
Permalink
Hello concrete5 forum!!!
Here I am once again asking something that I can't find the answer.
I was using 'BITNAMI LAMP STACK' for Linux, but actually I'm using Mac, I couldn't install the latest release of 'MAMP' but I install the previous version.
I was making a webpage and I do a backup just in case. I have to format my Linux; I'm using Mac so I install 'MAMP' and try to restore the webpage.
So I saved the 'files' folder with the backup and themes, and tried to restore it on Mac. When I restore my webpage it doesn't show me any error, it says that it restored successfuly but when I check the webpage it's the same, it doesn't restore anything.
I tried this post but nothing:

So, I was wondering what happen if I reinstall 'BITNAMI' on Linux and try to restore concrete5. When it finished restoring, I go to the webpage and it was just like I left it when I do the backup.
Is it because of the versions of Apache or MySQL??
Or what is going on??
I really like to restore it on Mac 'cause I'm using Mac a lot.
Thanks.
