i do not find edit option top of the template. Please help

I have installed own template. i can login to admin panel but to edit page content, it supposed to show edit option top of the page. i don't find the option. Please help me how can i get the option.

Do you have a footer.php?

In footer.php do you 
<?php  Loader::element('footer_required'); ?>

At the bottom?
