Icon appearing/disappearing

There's a FB icon on a concrete5.6 site I just built that disappears when I login as administrator. It's not an icon I want there, but it appears when I am logged out, and disappears when I am logged in, so I can't delete it.

I have emptied the cache. Any ideas on what would cause this behavior? There isn't anything in the block area when I login to the site, then when I log out, the FB icon appears.

Never mind, I fixed it. I had to go into the stack and approve the change of removing the icon. I forgot the template had those areas setup as stacks.
