Identifiy Edited but not published pages/blocks

Hi,

Our server is HOSED. Any attempt to do anything meaningful returns an error regarding ini_set() that nobody has replied to. How can I identify what the "pending changes" are so I can remove them in hopes of getting things "reset"?
