Image artifact in header

New to Concrete, old html-style guy here. Familiar with php and css, but not a pro by any means.
My site logo image is showing an additional thin strip of itself just above the full logo. Current Concrete install, Heywater theme. Site is bucknerplumbing.com, if you want to see the effect. Visible in Chrome, IE, Safari.
I'm not certain if I should be looking at the css or php for a fix... why would the image be drawing twice?

SOLVED: i.d.10-t error. In an earlier attempt to insert the logo, it was appearing twice - once in the logo block, once as a background image. <head-smack>
I am not seeing the artefact at 200% zoom. Maybe it is only with the dashboard bar showing.
If that is the case, perhaps there is something in your theme where the spacing is added for the dashboard bar, or a style that is not sufficiently scoped to the theme and is interfered with by a ccm dashboard style.
EDIT - posts crossed.
