Image disappearing while editing through file manager

Hi community,
I am having a problem editing pictures from within the concrete5 file manager. When I try to crop or move the image, it immediately disappears and I can't move it into the position I want to.
Has anyone else had this problem? I can problem solve by editing outside of concrete5, but it's a nice feature to be able to crop easily within.
