Image Links To Has Stopped Working in the image block

Old links to pages I created for the image block were working fine. I came back to my local site to add some new image blocks and have them link to pages and now the links don't get saved. It seems like a concrete5 core bug. I don't know what I would have done to cause saving new image links to pages in my site to suddenly stop working.
Same here, could it be a bug?
Is there anyone willing to try to tackle this problem? I haven't done anything incorrectly in the recoding of the images controller.php. I followed the forum instruction. Why would the "link to" no longer work and no longer save when you publish your edits, just from moving the folder to the root. Anyone who has worked on the core of C5 before, can you help? It is really holding up my being able to launch the site. We can make an arrangement if it is justified paid work.
