image not showing

The website is not showing images even though the block shows an image is in there. Look at left side bar and other pages other than homepage.

I have cleared the cache and also deleted the block and re put the block but I cannot see the image?

It is saying 'file not found'.

Try re-uploading the images and/or re-adding the blocks.
