ini_set(): A session is active. You cannot change the session module's ini settings at this time

When my customer tries to publish any page we get this error:
ini_set(): A session is active. You cannot change the session module's ini settings at this time
I have searched and the only code that does a session_start is in multidomain.
How can I track down where this is happening?
Sean

Thank you for the response.
The hosting company (Edge Tech/DataBank) for this site and several others has shared the "concrete" folder between them all. It has been, as you would expect, a disaster.
I am trying to extract each site and a copy of the shared files to their own copy and go from there.
Multi-Domains support of "every few days" has yielded no response.

Ok, once you get them extracted into their own sites independent of each other if you still run into issues post back and I'm happy to try to help figure out the other issues.
1) Your Core Version doesn't match your Version Installed, that is going to cause a lot of issues, can you (while logged in) visit /index.php/tools/required/upgrade and re-run the upgrade script to try to get those matched up?
2) Have you contacted the Multiple Domains Developer about the error? https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/domain-mapper...
