Inserting HTML Block

Hi All,
I have a theme which i want to implement C5 on it. I have TABS in my page, it has codes like below:

<ul>
<li>Tab1 and Content</li>
<li>Tab2 and Content</li>
</ul>

How can i add "ADD MORE TAB" option with concrete5.
