Instalation of a redirect script in the header

Hello, we need some urgent help with a client.
1st Question.
Could you please advise us where to place a mobile redirect code in your platform.
The code needs to be placed in the header tag of either the index.html, default.asp or index.php.
2nd Question.
Where are these files? We where in the builder and could not find them anywhere?
