Add-ons and themes you download and install are typically found in your directory of concrete under the packages folder.

I would also post this to that particular add-on support page, via the marketplace, so they can check and fix if needed.

I indeed had to start over. I did sent a message to the developer. I won't use that add on again though. I don't want to go through all that a 3rd time.

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles... I wouldn't exclude the add-on, though. Best to be in contact with the developer to get it up and running properly.

It's nothing with the internationalization, it's combination of internationalization and free cookies disclosure.

One other guy also reported this issue and it will be fixed very shortly with free cookies disclosure.

If you want to fix it straight away, just uninstall free cookies disclosure and then install it again. It currently assumes that internationalization is installed before it but as said, it will be fixed very shortly.

My site is giving a 550 error, when installing multilingual and the free cookies disclosure.

To recover your site: go to the database, table "packages" and remove the record there.
