Insurance option in eCommerce

Hi.
I am looking for a online shop solution where one can include insurance options for items purchased. The items will be delicate (artwork made out of glass and other delicate materials) and could break during shipping and the buyer would need to have an option were he could buy insurance for the items bought.
I don't see this option available in the eCommerce plug-in. Does anyone know if this has been addressed in an online shop plug-in?

are you use corecommerce? this sounds to be basic for whichever commerce route your on
You could use 'Customer Choices' or 'Attributes' for the product or products.
Either with a 'Checkbox' or 'Select' option.
Checkbox would be a one click on/off button.
Select would be choice of perhaps no insurance or tiered prices.
All part of the eCommmerce add-on.

You could do this with Zone Based Shipping by creating 2 delivery methods: Basic delivery; Insured delivery.
