Internal Server Error

Just over a week ago, when I click on a link other than home or about I and clients get an Internal Server Error:The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@yourdomain.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
My hosting server, MacHighway support says: The error is as follows:
[Mon Jan 14 18:40:36 2013] [error] [client 75.148.41.113] Premature end of script headers: index.php
I built this site from a Concrete5 template over a year ago. I am also NOT able to access site map. The same Internal Error message appears.
