IP address filtering

I would like to set up a site as such:

If one located in a location with a specific IP address, the site will show up as normal.

If one is located from ANY other IP, then they will have to login.

I found under sitewide settings, blacklist - but that doesn't seem to cut it.

There are add-ons available in drupal for example but can't find for c5.

there's no such feature in c5, at least not out of the box...

creating an addon for this isn't too difficult. If you are a php developer, I can give you some hints to give you a head start...
