Is there a way to add vertical line borders with slight shadows to simple blue theme?

The theme have no boarder...and it was set up that way, but I want to put two vertical lines from the logo and down the entire page with a slight shadow effect. Can this be done? Please advise?
ok.....the more appropriate question is; how much will it cost for a programer to do it, and if they can do it?
Of course it's possible; it's just CSS styling. If you want a shadow, an image would have to be created (if you want it to work in all browsers) and then the style sheet would have to be tweaked. If a simple gray border would suffice, then just tweaking the style sheet would work. I'd suggest contacting the theme developer. You can do that using the support link from the add-on's page in the marketplace.
