Is there no email campaign manager in the marketplace?

I'm looking for a simply email campaign manager where you can send out HTML emails to different mailing list groups. I see several places where you can add mailing list sign ups on Concrete5.. but I'm lost as to where I would go to send out an email to one of them?

Take a look at Tony's Mailing List addon.http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/mailing-list/...

It allows you to send out newsletters via the dashboard.

There is also an addon that works with Mailchimp.
