Is there no way to hide certain groups from the members page?

Like the admin group for example?

Also is there a way to show more on the members page than just the avatar and the username?

I have to be missing something here. Please help.. I just want to be able to hide certain groups from the members page on the front end. Surely admins and super admins aren't meant to show up on the front end members page???
