Issue Editing Content blocks

Hi, please can anyone help, i am now unable for some reason to edit or add a contact block with in the theme Neat. i can place the block but none of the editing options appear on screen and the edit page function freezes. if i refresh the page i can cancel the editing and return to the where i was previously
