Hi i have moved a site over to a new server and i get weird behaviour.

It is as if there is a server caching issue or something.
Apparently varnish caching is turned off now on my hosting but I'm still getting very odd behaviour front end and backed.

1. in the sitemap when i add a new page i do not see it in the sitemap after page refresh, once i sign out and sign back in then i see it?
2. if i tick the box to see system pages it does nothing
3. on the page itself if i make a change the content say add a heading 1 to a block and then refresh the page before publishing you would normally see the change and then an option to approve the changes. I don't even see my heading1.
happy to give someone access to my host and or site if anyone could shed some light please.
