Issues Uploading to File Manager

Anyone know what this means and/or the solution? It occurs when I attempt to upload a new file to the File Manager.
Unable to copy file to storage directory. Please check permissions on your upload directory and ensure they can be written to by your web server.
All visible permissions on the server, through the hosting company, are set to full access. Suggestions would be most welcome!!!

Perhaps check in Dashboard->System & Settings->Environment->File Storage page to see if it shows the directory where you want to store your files?
Thank you Planist, but I have checked that and the file directory is correct.
Are server folder permissions set to: 755?
