Its me again...! lol (help with tabs)

Sooo, now Im having a little trouble making the pages that I made into little tabs on my main page..I can only access them through the Dashboard, and was wondering how to make them tabs!!

I still cannot seem to figure out how to make 2 of my pages into tabs on my homepage, can anyone help me? =D
