I downloaded the latest C5 version including its demo files to follow Remo Laubacher's book I bought, which was a waste of money since a lot of features have changed in the new version and I cannot execute the book's exercises (Example: Chapter 3 - Permissions).

Now in Mozilla Firefox the sample content screens display correctly and in IE8 the header image is off to the right and so high that it is hiding the navigation buttons completely...
What am I doing wrong?
