my theme converts to a completely different look after admin log out? page looks different?

You had caching enabled, so you weren't seeing a current version of your website.
While creating your site, it is recommended to turn off caching.
Dashboard > System & Settings > Optimization > Cache & Speed Settings

Yes, I disabled caching and the cache is cleared.
When you are finished creating your site, you can turn caching back on.
If you enable caching, then change the layout, you will need to clear the cache to see the most current version of your site.
Dashboard > System & Settings > Optimization > Clear Cache

You should remove the 'guest' user or change the password because Google indexes these forums pretty quickly and it's already in their search results.
